Ms Vinitha Varghese started learning dance at a very young age of 3. With immense support from her parents she started learning classical dance form Bharatanatyam under renowned gurus and completed her Arangetram. She has been equally getting trained in Mohiniyattam and has performed over 1500 stages in & out of India.
Vinitha is a disciple of Guru Dr Vasant Kiran & Kalamandalam Leelamani. She founded her dance institute LASYA TANDAVA INSTITUTE OF PERFORMING ARTS in order to promote the divine art form to students, house wives, working women to get the knowledge of dance. Being an MBA graduate, Vinitha also holds Master degrees in both Bharatanatyam & Mohiniyattam, Diploma in Nattuvangam with the title Nattuvanga Kalaimani. Currently pursuing her PhD in Dance.
She had worked in airline and corporate industry too. However her passion and dedication towards dance made her decide to take up the divine form as her profession. Today, she's one among the young dancers who's been performing at various National & International Dance Festivals and receiving numerous awards and recognitions (Won 42 National & International Awards).
Vinitha is also a certified Yoga trainer who has completed her YIC (Yoga Instructor Course) & DYT (Diploma in Yoga Therapy) from The Indian School of Yoga. She was also awarded the title Yoga Kirana for her performance in Yoga field. Also, Vinitha is a National level champion and was awarded the title Yoga Chaitanye at the All India Open Yoga Championship.
She has also set her name in the Guiness World Record, Asia Book of Record & India Book of Record in the field of Dance.
